Pagan Jones - Time Tracker

On April 29th, 2107, the first working time machine was created. It took another thirty years to get it down to a marketable size. However, by that time the government became involved and passed legislation that prevented the sale of these devices (dubbed Temporal Relocation Devices) to private citizens. This was brought on by several thefts by various parties who used the devices for criminal activities.
Since many local police departments did not have the budget or the far reaching jurisdiction required to give chase to these thieves, it was decided that private investigators and bail bondsmen could purchase these devices if they could show proof of proper security and post a very sizable bond with the state.
Several privates enterprises took up the challenge and the profession of Time Tracker was born.
